Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it.
2. Our services
The website describes ClickDose Labs' marketing and customer acquisition services. Information on this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of results. Any specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a signed service agreement between you and ClickDose Labs.
3. Engagements and payment
Pricing shown on this site reflects starting points and is subject to scoping. Final fees, payment terms, and engagement length are set out in your service agreement. Advertising spend paid to platforms is separate from our fees and is your responsibility.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the ClickDose Labs name and brand, is owned by or licensed to ClickDose Labs and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created during a paid engagement is governed by your service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Information exchanged during inquiries, strategy calls, and engagements may be confidential. We treat your business information as confidential and expect the same in return. Confidentiality obligations for paid engagements are detailed in the service agreement.
6. Third-party links and tools
This site may link to or integrate third-party tools and websites (such as scheduling and analytics platforms). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickDose Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
