We are, admittedly, obsessive.

Fewer than one in ten tradespeople we interview are invited onto our roster. We check their work, their references, their insurance, and their manners. We watch how they treat a floor, a doorway, a schedule.

Then we hold them to it, on every visit, in writing. Because the difference between a good house and a great one is a thousand small things done properly.

Casa Paloma accepts a limited number of residences each year. Not for exclusivity's sake, but because the standard we keep does not scale carelessly.
